We visit your property, discuss your plans, and look at the existing structure, utility connections, and where an addition or ADU would fit best.

We finalize the layout, materials, and scope of construction, then provide a fixed bid that only changes if you change the agreed-upon work.

We handle necessary demolition, grading, and foundation work. For additions, this may include opening an exterior wall to connect the new space.

We build the structure, install the roof, and complete plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, including connections to existing systems where needed.

We complete insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, painting, and all finishes. Then we walk the space with you and remain available if you need us later.
