Site Walkthrough
We assess the lot, review any existing plans or surveys, and talk through what's realistic for the site before moving into the design phase.

Design & Fixed Bid
We talk through design ideas with you, then give you a set bid based on the site and your choices. This number only grows if you want additions later.

Foundation & Framing
This is the structural phase, where the foundation is poured, and the frame goes up, turning the design into walls, floors, and a roofline.

Systems & Finishes
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and interior and exterior finishes are installed during this phase. We schedule and manage all trades required here.

Final Walkthrough & Beyond
We're available throughout the process for any questions, walk the finished home with you at the end, and stay a call away after.
